Warranty Service I bought a pre-owned Audi Q5 last Wednesday. Within a day or two the inevitable quirks started to show. I was able to contact Richard Hong in Service who apparently had sufficient experience to suggest a probable solution: The driver's door needed some service and a new cable. This was very "heads up" of Richard. Saved me a lot of time. I purchased the Q5 through Trevor Smith. Very good sales person to deal with.
