Really appreciate that dealer opens access to CARFAX report from website. Talked to Jae Lee who passed me to Trevor Smith who was familiar with vehicle. Set up test drive for next day. Easy purchase transaction, no negotiation but quoted price included all dealer costs. The price was right. If you want to dicker you may need to go elsewhere. Don’t forget the onus is still with you to do your homework when buying a used car and know what fair market price is for the vehicle you intend to purchase. Superb customer service. Although I was not in the market for an Audi, I recommend that anyone who is should check out this dealership. More
