They saved our camping trip! Our 2006 Dogde Diesel broke down on day two of our camping trip, so a bit of an emergency for us. We were able to drop off our truck within one hour a Our 2006 Dogde Diesel broke down on day two of our camping trip, so a bit of an emergency for us. We were able to drop off our truck within one hour and were offered a loaner vehicle by Canmore Chrysler which allowed us to continue our days in the Canmore area exploring. Had they not offered this service to us we would have had to rent a vehicle causing us further unexpected expenses and likely would have ruined our vacation. The truck was looked at the next morning, we were advised the issue and given a quote. We were told the next day we'd have the truck back and true to their word, the next morning we were told the truck was all ready. We paid exactly what was quoted so no surprises except a $10 fee for the loaner which was just not mentioned earlier, that was of no concern. In short, our short camping holiday could have been totally ruined by a vehicle but the great service provided by Canmore Chrysler saved our trip AND they fixed the problem which really was what we needed most. Thanks to everyone who helped out our family! More

Outstanding service My recent experience at Canmore Chrysler was outstanding. My Jeep Liberty began intermittently failing to start and I needed it to pick up my son from My recent experience at Canmore Chrysler was outstanding. My Jeep Liberty began intermittently failing to start and I needed it to pick up my son from Calgary Airport. As soon as they understood my issue Yvonne (Service Manager) and Nolan on the service front desk were great. They immediately took my car into the workshop and arranged for me to be driven home. They kept me constantly informed of how the work was progressing and the result was that I was able to pick up my son as arranged. They also made a courtesy car available to me if for any reason my Jeep wasn't fixed in time. Yvonne and Nolan were extremely friendly, professional and courteous. It's service like this which will keep me as a loyal Canmore Chrysler customer. More
