The key to being a good sales person is to know your customer. These guys don't understand this concept. They were very pushy in their sales tactics, not even taking the time to getting to know us as a potential customer. When it came down to nailing down the details they came out with a bunch of bogus fees which in reality likely goes into their back pocket. They had no intention of negotiating with us. At the end of the day they offered their bottom price, whether the fees were listed on the purchase contract or not. The fact that they would take the fees off the contract, but the price doesn't change is proof in our mind that they are your typical bottom of the barrel salesmen. The additional services they offered, were only offered at top price which was an insult to us as we know we can get quality service for cheaper elsewhere.
