Amazing prices, and amazing service When i started my car shopping I was looking for a used corolla and jetta. When I searched both cars on the autotrader, cambridge kia came up both times and they were the the best in the kw area. When I got to the dealer, Mark came out and showed me both cars. He was professional and friendly. He took the time to make sure the Jetta was the right car for me. I ended up buying the Jetta from mark and have to say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would recommend going to cambridge kia if your looking for any type of used car, they have a good product and amazing prices. More

Recommend service shop for Nationwide Warranty Had a service issue where the passenger front door would not open from the outside. Brought the vehicle in have service done as per extended warranty Had a service issue where the passenger front door would not open from the outside. Brought the vehicle in have service done as per extended warranty coverage. Upon their inspection of the vehicle they state that treads of screws for the door was crossed treaded and I would have to pay out of pocket for this to be corrected $115.00. At this point I was told they will need to order the part for the door module and did not put handle back on outside because it would be easier for them to access it once I brought car back in. Handle left in glove compartment of vehicle. Calling shop every week for 3 weeks to confirm if part had arrived still being told they would call me when part arrived. Which I never received..It got to the point where I had to call in and say I received a call about a part coming in and I'm just calling to book an appointment. At this point I received a date when they could do the work which was on a Monday. I arrived sharply at 8:00 am for first appointment and waited approximately 1 1/2 hours to be told it was the wrong door side module ordered.So if I can come back following day.. When I came back on Tuesday and waiting about 2 hours was told a part was missing I would need to come back on Wednesday. During this time i could not use the front passenger door. I first contacted Cambridge Kia via email through and Autotrader ad I saw. Their response was quick and friendly. From there I received all the answers I needed and decided to come down and see the car i Autotrader ad I saw. Their response was quick and friendly. From there I received all the answers I needed and decided to come down and see the car in person. Yonnas ensured everything was ready upon arrival (even after I changed the date from Saturday to Friday) and he also assured me he would be there to help with anything. The car was well cleaned upon my arrival and ready to go. After taking the car for a drive everything looked good and it was time to make the deal. Yonnas and Dave didn't play hardball and they made negotiations incredibly simple - wish all took place like that. Once we agreed upon a number that was it and we had our car purchased. A few days later on pick-up, the car was spotless - looked brand new! They even took care of a small almost unnoticeable cosmetic detail I noticed when I test drove it. It's this small attention to detail that sealed the deal. I will definitely be recommending those looking for a vehicle to check them out. More

We were in the market for a new vehicle and we visited this dealership as part of our search. Shane greeted us as we entered the showroom and was extremely helpful when we discussed our requirements. We never at any time felt under any pressure to purchase a vehicle but Shane walked us through the decision process with respect. Shane explained that this dealership would not be undersold in the purchase of a new 2014 Kia and he was correct. We did buy the new vehicle and the price at Cambridge Kia was the most competitive. I have purchased or leased many vehicles over the years but without a doubt this was one of the most pleasant experiences yet. Thanks Shane for your help. For the finance side of the deal we worked with Andy Bernat and he too was very helpful. Andy like me is a huge F1 fan so we had much to talk about although he is an Alonso fan but I didn't hold that against him. This is a great dealership to work with and I would highly recommend it and especially if you ask for Shane as your sales Rep. More

We were able to start test driving cars quickly and as often as we wanted without feeling pressured to commit before we were ready.
