I was lucky enough to find in your inventory of used cars a model “Soul” from 2011, with very low mileage and in great shape. No calls. Went in on friday morning 9am to check out a 2017 sorrento ex+v6. Was handed the keys, but given no walk around the vehicle, or how thngs worked. Went out for a drive and came back and stated to talk numbers they put some calls out (supposedly) for a trade in on my car. I told them what I was looking to spend and that I was ready to make a purchase the coming week. They told me It could take awhile to get a call back for the trade in ( no one actually went out to look at my car, I had the keys with me on the test drive) they had my email and number to call me back in once they had there numbers. No one called by early afternoon so I shot out an email to the person that "helped" me. No reply. On Sunday after doing some research on other kia dealers I went out and dropped 42000 on a sorrento in Stratford. Your loss Cambridge Kia. Your should really take your customers seriously. I selected all the employees as I don't want a get any one in trouble..... More

Pedram was the best. Pleasure meeting him I was recently in and bought my Kia Cedenza from Pedram. He made my choice of buying a Kia which was out of my comfort zone easy. Highly recommended I was looking for a new Kia Optima. First i wanted to go to Toronto then i decided to try our Cambridge Kia to see what's going on in our town before I was looking for a new Kia Optima. Where i met the sales rep Ped, The way he talked to me, I loved his customer service and his talent to attract customers not just as a sales rep but like a friend. He was so helpful and friendly i decided cancel my trip to Toronto and buy from Ped. He knows what he is doing. I bought my car on the same day. I drove into Cambridge Kia with an old Cavalier, and asked asked to look at the top end Sorento sx. The sales guy Mark (the guy from the radio) let me take the Sorento out. I love how they dealt with me, so i ended up buying it from Mark. They are cheaper than the other Kia dealer i got a quote from. They were busy, which is a good sign they move a lot of cars. The other kia dealer and hyundai dealer i went to though i could not afford the top end Sorento and Santafe. Cambridge kia is a younger staff, but they know how to do business. I would recommend visiting them before you buy a kia for any other kia dealer. Make sure you ask for Mark when you go in. A+ in my books. More

Not only did they sit with me and explain what work my car needed to start, they were a super big help every step of the way. They eased my stress by helping me out with a courtesy vehicle while I waited for my car to be repaired and when I went to pick up the car I couldn't of been happier! Kevin was absolutely amazing to me and he was such a gentleman, being around everyone in there I felt like I was fixing my car from family, you guys are seriously amazing if I could I would give you guys 6 stars!
