Absolute waste of time. I asked multiple times to confirm that my windshield washer fluid had actually been refilled and was assured each time that it was done. That turned out to be a lie—it was still empty right after the service. Windshield fluid costs almost nothing; if they didn’t want to refill it, they could have simply said so instead of lying. On top of that, neither my car’s dashboard nor the mobile app shows that the vehicle was serviced at all—it still says maintenance is due. This raises serious concerns about their professionalism and whether any of the work was actually done. I paid the full amount for servicing, and now it honestly feels like they just kept my car for a few hours and handed it back without doing much of anything. I have completely lost trust, I want a refund, and I will not be visiting this service center again. More
