Came back again! After purchasing a middle trim 2015 Hyundai Elantra last year, I decided to get an upgrade. Last years customer service was so great and personal that I decided to come back a second time. I got a 2016 Limited Hyundai Elantra, and I'm in love. Last year I felt like the sales staff and management cared about my needs, and strived to reach my expectations. This year was no different. Will was able to show me the car I wanted, and worked hard to get it for the price I had in mind when I walked into the dealership. Great staff at Cambridge Hyundai. Keep it up! (I've already brought friend and family to get themselves Hyundai's too, the referal program is great!) Oh and a quick thank you to Mary Young for making the finalization process quick and painless! We were in a rush and got everything done very quickly! More

Nice work guys Mike in the service department was more than great in dealing with my 2011 Elantra. After the mechanics found that a bearing was going in my engine, M Mike in the service department was more than great in dealing with my 2011 Elantra. After the mechanics found that a bearing was going in my engine, Mike took my maintenance information and then went to work finding a company bulletin on the problem. He applied to the company to get the problem fixed for free and then got me a deal on a replacement rental vehicle. Best of all the estimate five-day fix took just nine hours to complete. It doesn't get better than that. More

The sale rep, Nic Raiciu was very helpful in guiding me through my car needs and finding a car that met them. Nic, I feel, worked at getting me a fair deal and carefully guided me to a better choice, at a very similar price. Amanda Rose at administration was friendly and cheerful. Paul Walia was again efficient and approachable as well as direct as needed, he was also helpful at working in extra features I desired in my new car. Mike Lear was attentive and provided clear answers. Nic made certain that I left the dealership satisfied with my new car. Overall, a pleasant experience with great service. More

I would ask sooo much questions and she would do everything in her power to assist me even on her off time. I could text or call her whenever I had a question. I never felt pushed or rushed into the sale as other dealerships would and she was so honest and up front. This was by far my best experience when it comes to buying a car.
