I've been coming to this dealership for several years. However in the last year every time I come in here there's new staff working and the service department. But each time they replace their replace with less competent staff who do not communicate the length of the time of your car repairs what's going on. Yesterday I had booked a time for tire change at 10:00 a.m. I arrived before 10:00 a.m. it's a basic job takes 20 minutes the new service rep told me to be an hour no problem I'll wait it was over an hour before it was even taken in to be looked at I pretty irritated with this and I explained what's the point of making an appointment if you can ever keep them this happened the last time I was there as well she made up an excuse and I said please don't waste my time I don't think he would appreciate me showing up an hour late for an appointment. I explained to her that when I get my Google review I will be giving them a bad review. As a result I was not sent to review this time. I think it's time to explore Kitchener Hyundai. More

I came in for service, but the advisor did not communicate with me properly and was not willing to answer my questions. Her name is Sierra. When I tried to clarify this, she ignored me. I felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously, despite being a paying customer. If there was a delay, she should have informed me so that I could have arranged an alternative way to attend my appointment. More

Imagine going into this shop to get your horn mechanism replaced and you leave with a cracked bumper and they blame it on you. Hahahaha I will start this review with some basic background. Feb of last year, a senior backed into my car pulling out of her driveway while I was parked on the road in front of my house… bumper got fixed blah blah blah. Zero issues since. Not even a single HAIRLINE scratch was seen since. I went in on April 15th (2026) to drop it off, thinking I had an appointment, unfortunately I got my days mixed up and my appointment was actually in May, whoops. I ask if they could squeeze me in, they said sure but it would have to be here for the day and they would get to it when they got a chance. That was great of them. I left it and STUPID ME walked away without documenting the condition of my car as I usually do before it has ANY work done (to note there’s no scratches, dings, dents etc.) I learn the hard way… anyways, I left. About two hours go by, I get a call from them saying (QUOTE) “the technician noted a crack in the bumper BEFORE he started working on the car..”… I was like that’s absolutely ridiculous, there’s no way. She (don’t remember ANY names unfortunately) proceed to send videos. The first was a 7 second video showing the crack, trying to I guess prove it was there hahaha however in the video I can clearly see the front quarter panel has been taken off, the hood is popped AND the bumper has been unclipped and pushed forward… I said “that DOES NOT LOOK LIKE ITS UNTOUCHED, or BEFORE THEY STARTED WORK ON IT” Like, I’m not blind.. xxx. So, first, they lied to me. Good. Then she sends another video with the bumper completely taken off and she’s snarky saying “this is one side (smooth) and this is the cracked side (epoxied)”. AND?!?!?!… I was fuuuuuuuuuming. I argued back and forth about it, she back pedalled saying different things eventually she says, there’s nothing she can do when I pick it up ask to speak to the service centre manager. So I am just stewing, absolute blood-boiling mad at this point. They say it’s ready. I go to get it and ask for the manager. Dude comes out, arrogant as all xxxx. I tell him my issue and he insults me by telling me things about bumpers that are just ridiculous “some bumpers can twist all the way around and they’re hard to handle” then laughs. Among other ridiculous xx, why? Because I’m female so I don’t know xxxx? Give me a break buddy. He was irritatingly calm, that made me more mad. And he didn’t take any responsibility for the shop. Nothing, first “it came in like that” which I shut down quick, AGAIN there is NO WAY.. So I ask for footage of when I arrived, nope can’t provide that. He stated that BEFORE they started the work, the technician went around the car to document with their device but it “wouldn’t upload, their system was down for half an hour” HOW CONVENIENT FOR YOU, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Then he says “I’m not playing hot potato here, you need to go back to the shop that fixed it in the first place and have them fix it again”. Pardon? I brought you an intact car that is now leaving DAMAGED because your technician cracked it up and you’re just going to sweep it under the rug, wipe your hands of it and pass it back to the other shop? Disgusting, arrogant behaviour. Shrugging your shoulders, blaming other people INCLUDING ME everyone but your own team. Unreal. I expected better customer service, respect, honesty and integrity from a dealership service centre. The exact one I bought the car from in the first place. I think this is the longest review I’ve ever written and I’ve even shortened it down and cut out over half of the conversation between myself and the manager, since it got absolutely no where and he kept circling back to it’s not their fault, as if their hands weren’t on my car at all lol Well, I guess they did fix my horn… More

Our salesperson was condescending and was prying into our financial situation to try to get us to finance the vehicle. Looking at and test driving vehicles was like pulling teeth, it took almost ten minut financial situation to try to get us to finance the vehicle. Since they are all named almost the same thing "deluxe, plus, premium" it's not apparent what trim level you're even asking for. We have driven Hyundai vehicles for 10 years but these newer models are poorly designed. There is no spare tire only a patch kit- would you be comfortable putting your child in the back of a car that was patched on the side of the highway on the muddy shoulder? No? So you have to get the car towed every single time you have a flat tire. The touch screens control everything including heat. If you are wearing large gloves in winter you can't even turn the heat on without removing your gloves since there are no physical buttons. Overall a frustrating experience. More

I found them to be extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. And this made a successful sale. Every sales person, or finance specialist, or any employee that worked there, held out their hand, introduced themselves, smiled, and welcomed me. Assad is AWESOME! No one was pushy.
