She worked with us to find the best options. We ended up buying the car on the spot. Going to car dealerships has always been very intimidating for me, and even my husband (who used to work at a dealership himself) wasn't a fan of the process. That all changed at Cambridge Centre Honda. Friendly staff, no pressure, and people who know what they are talking about. Oh, and fresh Popcorn. :) We're so happy to be a part of the Honda family. We both fight over who gets to drive and we find ourselves going for more pleasure cruises just because we love our new Civic so much. Friendly, Efficient, Helpful and Professional Honda Service I purchased a used Odyssey from Cambridge Honda and have had them service the vehicle ever since. I find their service personnel to be friendly, understanding, professional and efficient. I never feel I am being asked to perform service which isn't actually required or in my vehicle's and my best interest. They have very convenient hours and their express service lane is always able to attend to the oil & filter and other minor maintenance items in very short order. I also own an Acura TL, which I also bring to Cambridge Honda for regular service. I highly recommend this dealership for all your Honda service needs. More

Meeting the Highest Expectations Earlier this month (March 2016), my 2013 Civic was due for its B-1 maintenance. I really appreciate the automatic notice that comes up on the screen. Earlier this month (March 2016), my 2013 Civic was due for its B-1 maintenance. I really appreciate the automatic notice that comes up on the screen. It saves my having to keep track, and prevents my tendency to cut corners on the service (to save some money but potentially damage my car!). I made the appointment, went in, and was told how long it would take. Having my trusty book with me, nd wanting to finish it, I declined the offer of a free ride home, and sat down with an excellent cup of coffee to read for two or so hours. I was just on the verge of finishing my book when my name was called. The work was done! I had my trusty coupon book and the service rep pointed out that one of them would save me 50% on the oil change portion. Great! I was surprised at the bill. With other vehicles and dealers, I have more often been shocked! I have to say that I have never paid as little for the upkeep of my car as with my Civic (I have previous owned a new 2007 Sentra, new 2000 Camry, and new 1995 Voyager). I appreciate honesty and the performance of what my car actually needs. I would not go anywhere else for servicing! I have come to have the highest expectations for this dealership, and I have yet to be disappointed. More

Thiis what we really needed . John, the services advisor was amazing. He arranged the test immediately and wrote a work order. He told us in details what he had to do and how long it will take. He promised to contact us on Monday and he did that. We arrenged an appointment and came to have the part changed. It took much less than we expected.. We were absolutely satisfied with the work done. John confirmed that they tested our car before returning it to us. What a great service! Thank you John, and Honda for your great service. More
