Have never had a problem until my last 2 visits. When switching out my winter tires for the summer tires they just rotated them until I pointed out the error. They then corrected the error but neglected to tighten the lug nuts on 1 tire. By the time I got home it was missing 3 lug nuts. This last time I called and made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for an oil change , put on winter tires and fix the remote start. My appointment was for 9 but my car was not moved inside for service until 45 minutes later. I make it very clear when I book that I'm from out of town and will wait there. When I questioned the service advisor why the delay she said my appointment was with her and not the service technician. I have never had a delay like this before and was offended by her asinine comment. I am just dropping my keys and confirming what I already requested over the phone 2 weeks ago. I was told st that time they would get my car I right away. This did not happen. No apology was given and I don't accept the reasoning that my appointment wasn't with the technician. Every other time I've gone I get in within 15 minutes of my appointment time. I was less than impressed with the service advisor as she clearly did not care. This appointment took 4 hours which is twice as long as normal. I have always liked the staff there but have been majorly disappointed the last 2 times. My salesman Garland was great when I bought the vehicle and I have no issue with that department. I find it hard to recommend this dealership without pointing out the major failures of the service department. More

Cam Clark Ford is a remarkable dealership. , especially their service department and especially the shop manager Darren. Our Motorhome developed engine problems coming through the area on our w , especially their service department and especially the shop manager Darren. Our Motorhome developed engine problems coming through the area on our way to Alaska. It would barely run. I contacted many businesses looking for help. None would help or wanted to schedule us a week or more out. Finally, Darren at Cam Clark Ford told us he would start to diagnose the problem the as soon as we could get the motorhome to him. Darren diagnosed the problem quickly determining it was an air intake issue. He replaced the air filter and engine performance improved dramatically. However, Darren wasn't satisfied with the performance. He continued to investigate and discovered the air intake had sucked up additional debris which he cleared away. He had us on the road that day.
