A great deal for a great truck I have given 5 stars to the people at Cam Clark Ford for a multitude of reasons. The staff at Cam Clark were all very friendly and I didn't feel press I have given 5 stars to the people at Cam Clark Ford for a multitude of reasons. The staff at Cam Clark were all very friendly and I didn't feel pressured by my salesman Gary or from Jennifer in finance. The vehicle selection made it easy for them to find the right truck for me and the service department took care of any concerns I've had after I've driven the vehicle off of the lot. I would recommend anyone to goto Cam Clark Ford for a good deal and friendly service. More

A GREAT PLACE TO BUY A VEHICLE ON THE EVENING MAY 4, 2015 I MET JAMES MY SALESMAN AND WE DISCUSS THE PURCHASE OF A F350 AND THE TRADE-IN OF MY TRUCK. Couldn't even change my oil in 8.5 hours Wish I could say this is the first time. Dropped off my vehicle for scheduled routine oil change and tire rotation. I wouldnt recomend Cam Clark Ford as i have had a unbelievably bad situation of customer service, i found that once they have recieved your money they have no intrst in dealing with warrenty issues a unbelievably bad situation of customer service, i found that once they have recieved your money they have no intrst in dealing with warrenty issues and dealing with thier customers. I took my car to Festival Ford for some warranty work. I asked the service advisor if the repairs were covered under warranty, and she told me “Yes”. I gave her a written letter telling her I would not pay asked the service advisor if the repairs were covered under warranty, and she told me “Yes”. I gave her a written letter telling her I would not pay for ANYTHING that was not authorised by me. When I picked the car up they charged me around $110 because they could not duplicate one of the problems I took it in for. After arguing with them I paid the money since it was obvious they would not release the car unless I did. I then wrote a letter to the Better Business Bureau and the owner of Festival Ford stated (in his letter to the Better Business Bureau) that I was told before hand I would be charged for the repair. I guess if they lie to their customers I shouldn’t be surprised that they would lie to the Better Business Bureau. If there policy is to charge on warranty work when they can’t find a problem, just be honest and upfront about it. The issue they couldn’t “find” is still happening. Since the car is off warranty now I will just save myself the aggravation and fix it myself. More
