Terrrible service We were given an private invitation to Cam Clark on May 11. They set us up with their "Best Sales Guy" hate to the see the worst one they have. Jordan We were given an private invitation to Cam Clark on May 11. They set us up with their "Best Sales Guy" hate to the see the worst one they have. Jordan made us feel that we were inconveniencing him by being there and seemed so arrogant. I expressed my concerns with him and he assured us that I would be happy. Once again Cam Clark low balled us on a trade, basically wanting to give out 2 year old vehicle away for free. This happened last time too and until I went else where and got a fair value for my trade in and had it in writing, Cam Clark then wanted my business. I am really disappointed and will take my business else where and I will tell as many people as I can about my experience. I think when someone service is bad they ask people to write good reviews on them, and I think that is what hasp happened with Jordan, because what people have written on here about him is far from the truth. Terrible products and terrible service An open letter to anyone considering buying a ford from Cam Clark Ford Red Deer (please feel free to share) Over the last year and a half we have pu An open letter to anyone considering buying a ford from Cam Clark Ford Red Deer (please feel free to share) Over the last year and a half we have purchased 3 brand new vehicles off their lot and I can tell you for certain we won't be buying a 4th! Both trucks (f150 and f350 Platinums) were in the shop constantly and each time we were told not to worry about the defects as we had lots of warranty left if it were to die.. Great service! Haha. We then bought the 2015 Explorer because it was advertised as the best family vehicle out there with lots of storage space. Well with a rear facing car seat in the back my knees touch the dash in the front seat and there is barely room for anything other than the stroller with my 3rd row seats folded down! So we finally decided we were done with ford and traded them in for a Chev only to be told by Ford that the $15,000 we spent on pre paid maintenance and extended warranties is completely non refundable and I "should have read the fine print". I am sharing this experience in hopes that no one else has to go through this. After years of being Ford people we are done. I have never been so disappointment with a company/dealership in my life. More
