Excellent service provided for an out of town customer We travelled to Red Deer from Sault Ste. Marie, ON recently to visit our daughters and grand-kids who live in the area. We arrived late Friday evening of the Thanksgiving weekend. Early Tuesday morning we received a call from our Ford dealer in the Soo advising us that we needed to have our vehicle checked right away for a potential part failure. I immediately took our 2013 F150 to Cam Clark Ford Red Deer. Upon arrival, I had the good fortune of connecting with Senior Service Advisor, Rich Desilets. He listened to my concern and arranged to have our vehicle checked. Sure enough, later that day we were advised that indeed there was an issue and a part had to be ordered but it would not arrive until the next day. Because we had some plans for the next day that required a vehicle, Rich arranged a loaner for us. That is where Glenn Willmott entered the picture. Early the next morning I met Glenn at the Discount Rental desk and he had an F150 ready for us to use for the day while we toured the area. We returned the loaner and picked up our own F150 on Thursday morning. Other than a little inconvenience caused by our vehicle issue, the whole experience was made a lot more enjoyable due to the efforts of Rich and Glenn. Needed new vehicle fast!! We found the financial department was a little pushy when it came to purchasing the additional warranties and extra packages. But overall it was an excellent experience and ford was very patient and made the purchase very easy, stress free and enjoyable, even with us chasing our 1.5 year old around the whole time, and worked around both our crazy work schedules!! There were no high pressure sales talk and Jason was accommodating,coming back to work on his day off to finalize the deal The truck is a great set of wheels exceeding my expectations for comfort, power,handling and the ecoboost handled towing an rv trailer well. The amount I save in fuel compared to my previous 1/2 ton pays for a 1/3 of the lease costs.I highly recommend the dealer,salesman and the truck. John Campbell More

Awesome Experience! I literally had 2 days to find a new vehicle after my old one was hit and written off. We were there for many hours picking a car, getting financing done and everything so that I wouldn't be car-less on the weekend. With 2 kids that wasn't an option!
