Finally a dealer that takes ownership of issues. We bought a new vehicle from dealer in BC and had issues 1hr after it was purchased. We came to Red Deer location and asked a question about an issue and was greeted by friendly staff at body shop who took pictures and sent off to Ford and viola the vehicle was brought in and issue was addressed and fixed in timely manner. We have been back to this location several times since and have had lots of positive things happen. They took ownership of something they misread and addressed yet another issue. We overall are extremely happy with this location and don't dread bringing the vehicle in. Hoping that our next purchase if it is a Ford goes a lot smoother ... More
