oil change and running boards 2013 f150 platinum with 2 days notice, I came in for oil change and new wipers. I have a prepaid maintenance program so there was no cost for this service. i'm happy. I also noted that my running boards moved very slowly the last 2 winters. I'm told my battery is in good condition so i'm told the correction is to clean and rel-lube the running board mechanism. Test will be next -30 temps... Front pinion gear seal is leaking (fix is covered). In a few weeks i'll book another appointment. i'm told nothing to worry about - leak is small. More

I called first thing in the morning and was booked in for 10:00, the service crew had it repaired by 4:30 which was greatly appreciated as I had to leave for work out of town the following morning at 4:00 am.
