warranty work on F350 Platium Overall the service was good, they were all pleasant and helpful. And Garland got me a loaner to run some errands. I brought my truck down from Edmo Overall the service was good, they were all pleasant and helpful. And Garland got me a loaner to run some errands. I brought my truck down from Edmonton for some warranty work and it's first service, 2 items of concern were; vibration in truck since new(July) and bad phone(Bluetooth) reception, they did there checks but "found" nothing, however I still have the vibration, I believe the tires are bad and need to be replaced as they said they rebalanced them but I still have the vibration and I still have bad reception with the phone. I would be willing to pay a small difference and get better tires put on, (hopefully that would solve it) they could call me to further discuss as I will have to reschedule another apt to get it looked at again which means I will lose a full day and travel time More

Oil change Had an oil change on my 2016 F150. Check in was quick and vehicle went in on time. One of the girls working the desk checking me in was sick a Had an oil change on my 2016 F150. One of the girls working the desk checking me in was sick and was wiping her runny nose with her hand and then handling keys and using a pen she handed to the customer to sign papers. Very unsanitary. You are working with public be more sanitary. After paying for completed oil changed I asked where my vehicle was parked and was told it was right outside the door. It was not. Had to go looking for it I rows of other trucks in a slippery parking lot. This is isn’t the first time I’ve had this happen here, having to hunt god my vehicle. The technician should note on the work order where the vehicle is parked so the counter staff can inform the customer so they can find their vehicle without searching for it. More
