Every staff member was very kind a caring from the very beginning. We had bought a vehicle from a different dealership and five days in it wasn’t working. I accidentally booked my appointment on an incorr beginning. We had bought a vehicle from a different dealership and five days in it wasn’t working. I accidentally booked my appointment on an incorrect day then what I had originally wanted and they fit me in right away. They worked with the dealership from where we had purchased the vehicle to keep me informed and make sure that everything that needed to get fixed got fixed. I needed a rental car and so they provided one and in the meantime I was able to use the shuttle to get where I need to go. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my vehicle back there for service, they sure made a terrible situation bearable. More
