Wayne Marietta had me signed in quickly and efficiently and provided a good explanation of time frame for the work. The dealership also arranged for a rental vehicle, which was ready for me even before I had finished checking the vehicle in. Wayne also gave me an excellent explanation of the service report when all was done. I was most pleasantly surprised when I picked my truck up as Wayne had also arranged to wash and detail my vehicle - something that I was not expecting! More

Supervisor? I paid a lot of money to have work done on my truck, which was left in the hands of an inexperienced mechanic. Had to go back the next day to have my tires rebalanced, discovered the 80 PSI tires were only filled to 60 PSI. Still has an annoying squeal in the front driver's side wheel... I could go on but I feel there is no point. The staff I dealt with was friendly. More
