Refused to repair my new truck under warranty After one week of owning my truck the sunroof leaked the whole interior was soaked, the alarm kept going off by itself, back up camera wouldn't turn o After one week of owning my truck the sunroof leaked the whole interior was soaked, the alarm kept going off by itself, back up camera wouldn't turn off and was getting 200-400 on a tank of gas not even close to the 600km I was told I would get. The only thing they did was kept my truck for two weeks to dry it out. I was told if I wanted to fix the engine I would have to pay for it and it would cost me anywhere from $600-$6000 to repair the problem. Told me that they won't fix it under warranty and since I bought the truck not leased it it was my problem. But I could always trade it in for another truck but I would loose $30,000. They scratched and dented my truck on the first service took them almost five months to repair it. They told it would take three days to fix but they end up taking over a week and never called to tell me that they needed it longer. End up finding out that they had my truck sitting on the lot for five days without touching it. More

I had to solely rely on the salesperson I spoke with Douglas Osarobo initially to be honest and forthcoming and have the integrity to be 100% straight up with me as I live in the province of Ontario. Douglas wasn't just a car salesman he conducted himself with the utmost integrity and informed me of exactly what I was trying to purchase and I was ecstatic when I took delivery it was everything as stated and more. The process took some time as schedule's needed to match up with time zone differences. Chris Deal the finance manager was outstanding chap to work with and between the two of these guys they ensured in the end I got my vehicle after a lengthy process. Having great staff makes a company great and as long as Cam Clarke Ford Lincoln continues to employee incredible people like these two gentlemen they will continue to be a step ahead of their competition and always be a great company.
