Although I had an issue with a recent service issue, the problem was resolved at a second appointment. Evidently the service representative did not fully understand the amount of time needed to complete a problem was resolved at a second appointment. Evidently the service representative did not fully understand the amount of time needed to complete a recall notification. The Service Manager contacted me and I explained the issue and he was very understanding. I remain comfortable with taking my truck to Cam Clark Ford in Canmore for service. More
