Took in my 2019 f150 on a friday for coolant leaks and block heater not working. All replacement parts were in edmonton so they would be available monday. I booked my truck for tuesday and when i got ther block heater not working. All replacement parts were in edmonton so they would be available monday. I booked my truck for tuesday and when i got there they didnt have me booked for an appointment. And even better only one part came in. NO one called me to let me know some parts have not arrived. So i demanded they figure something out instead of looking at me like im the idiot. I get a call later on that day and they found the rest of the parts in calgary….? After they previosly told me they were coming from edmonton, so the truck should be done that day. Got another another call a few hours later that they found another coolant line leaking and the truck would have to be in overnight and picked up wednesday to wait for more parts. I left a voicemail and said fine but i need a vehicle as i have work to do. Got another call later on and they tracked down the rest of the parts and would have it done that day about 4:30pm. I was relieved and went to dealership at 5:20pm to pick it up. Got there and they couldnt find my keys for 10 min. But i got my truck back which was great. During this time i made several calls to service but not one person answers. Only communication is with voicemail, which is terrible. I like to shop local but every visit has more surprises. More

I never got my oils change sticker, all I heard is we don't have time to put uour window deflectors on so you will have to do it yourself.
