One thing that stood out to me was his willingness to listen to my needs and provide a recommendation based on my specific requirements, like towing capacity and low mileage. He didn't try to upsell me on features I didn't need, and I felt he genuinely cared about finding the right truck for my family and me. Overall, I would highly recommend John and his Finance Manager Matt to anyone in the market for a truck.
