Awesome place to deal with, Alex was very accommodating and wasn't pushy at all . He would reach out once a week and ask if I was still interested and would leave it at that. He personally went to kamloops to pick my truck up got it all inspected and after everything was ready to go even drove it to Edmonton for my wife to pick up. In addition to the attributes mentioned he kept me continually updated with the repair and readiness of my vehicle. Alex is very easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with. I felt comfortable, respected and as though my experience mattered (rather than being just another customer and just a number at the end of the day). This was a refreshing change of pace after visiting other dealerships and meeting salespeople who make your skin crawl.
