Went to the dealership twice in 2 weeks. The first was for my service, I had to change tires and do my car check-up. I had Dan as my advisor, as always, top-notch service! Dan is amazing, very nice, and professional, and he ensures that I understand what will be done with my car AND he provides updates. He also made sure I was added to the shuttle service. My second appointment was for the Auto Body Shop the following week. I wasn't sure what to do and where to go as I was not provided enough info over the phone. I went to see Dan again, and as always, he was able to help me out. He walked me to the body shop and ensured I was provided service. He also ensured I got into the shuttle service again. When I got back, Dan also helped me out to see if my car was done its service. Overall, Dan was excellent and I would definitely come back and recommend him for sure! :) More
