To begin with, I met Ed Wan, and he is truly a most fine gentlemen. In that I am a biologist and as such if "it" does not have fur, fins, feathers or chloroplasts, well I don't know much about it. This is where Ed assisted greatly through the entire purchase process. As well, I got to meet with the head mechanic who looked after my car when it came in. Great guy, his name escapes me. Again, he truly helped out this Biologist in regards to the maintenance and capabilities of the car. I all so got to meet with the 3m installer, fantastic guy and he did one xxxx of a job putting 3m on the entire car. He was nervous, but I think that comes with the job when working on such a fantastic car. As well, I liked the fact that when the car had to be sent for window tinting that the 3m guy did NOT allow anyone to touch the car or drive the car. He did that himself which was absolutely perfect. I am sure I have missed other people in my overall experience, suffice it to say the Team at Cam Clark Ford in Airdrie is first rate and I look forward to purchasing a Ranger when the new model reaches Canada. I currently own a 1997 Ford Ranger 4X4 and a 2008 Ranger 4X4. So the GT350R (affectionately now known as Old Blue) is a most fine addition to my Ford Family. Very poor service quality Very friendly staff. Unfortunately that's where it all ends. I have not purchased from this location so I can not comment on that department. With tha Very friendly staff. With that being said there is no way I could purchase from this dealership knowing how incredibly incompetent the service department is. We have been living in airdrie now for 2 years and have taken our vehicle there for service 4 times....3 of these services went way south resulting in delays and days with out our car, massive leaks on our driveway, being stranded with baby, and now a broken windshield. One of the 3 ordeals required 3 trips back to the dealership and a tow truck....and this was for a callback. While a trip to Calgary is further away....I would say it's worth the effort if the dealership can get it right the first time.
