Latest Servicing - Updated after disscuusion wth Servicing In for our regular servicing and anual paint and leather inspection. The appointment was booked such that we would drop off the car the evening before In for our regular servicing and anual paint and leather inspection. The appointment was booked such that we would drop off the car the evening before so we could have the car back early in the morning because it was asked to be the first appointment in the morning. The service department phoned at 815 am the following morning to go over sal the information for booking the service. The same info had been written out on the drop off envelope. While on the phone in the morning the service person asked when we wanted the car back. When we said asap we were told impossible because it was an all day job and had to be seen by 4 different people. We needed the car for our own use. When we booked we were not told it would be an all day job. So we were out of pocket for the entire day. We were nor offered any any alternative or assistance to overcome the timing. We felt that our time had absolutely no value. If we knew we would treated in this manner we would never have taking out extended maintenance and likely would not have used Cam Clark Ford. We have been clients for at least 15 years and bought numerous vehicles here, either ourselves or family or recommendations to others. Too bad the individual has become unimportant. Carter was good during the day but info looks like it was lost or misinterpreted. We do not know the service person who booked the appointment. I have now updated my ratings and made comments in another response. I am holding back on some ratings until the next servicing to ensure all our concerns previously addressed will be responded to. More
