It was a bit of a gong show! We just recently bought a used car from the Superstore. There were a few things that needed to be fixed. My husband called our salesman and made arrangements for us to bring the car in a few days later (Monday). When I brought the car in our I was informed that our salesman no longer worked there and nobody knew anything about us bringing in the car. I left it with another salesman who said the manager would be back soon and would give me a call. He never did. I eventually called him and he said the service department was too busy and they would get to it on Tuesday and that we would definitely have it back that day. Late on Tuesday I called them to find out what was going on. Apparently they were waiting for parts but no one informed me or my husband that it would be another day before we got the car back. That was not going to work as I needed the car to get to work on Wednesday before the service centre opened. Darren at the Superstore was awesome though and he did everything he could to make the situation better. More

New 2017 King Ranch I was getting my oil changed on my 2008 F350 (315k km) and Tyler and Jordan did a great job. I decided to walk the lot and the showroom at new vehicles. I assumed I would get harassed asap but I was left alone (yes I am the guy that posted that on Facebook!) and ended up finding the new 2017 F350's . The next day I went back and started talking to Kody Miller and Justin Menard about putting a deal together on a new King Ranch. I was very pleased with the attentiveness and the no hassle approach they both used. I knew what I wanted and they didn't try to up-sell me beyond reason. That night after the guys went home, Natalie helped us with a test drive when my wife came by and she was more than accommodating and was very friendly. The next day I came back to sign up the deal and Steve Ling in the business office was very upfront. Honestly that is where most dealerships lose my business. They typically use a high pressure approach and Steve obviously read me well enough to do his job and let me decide on what I wanted and didn't want. I also have to thank Tim because he was also easy to deal with on my trade in and he was very straight forward. The next day I went to pick up my truck and besides the long wait for other customers to get out of the business office it was very smooth. Over all it was a great experience again dealing with Cam Clark on my 2nd truck through them and I hope to get another 10 years out of this one. The first service was for an oil change. The service was efficient and the cost was average. The second service I had a flat tire and thought that perhaps my rim was damaged as well. It was close to time for an oil change so I requested that they do that as well as rotate my tires for me. The staff called with the damage report and once given the okay to proceed, ordered me a new tire and had the work done the same day. The cost was reasonable and I appreciated that they did not try to up sale anything that wasn't required. When picking up my vehicle a thorough explanation of the work done was gone over with me. So far I have been impressed with the service and professionalism of the staff. I will continue to depend on CCF for maintenance of my Escape. More
