Quick Lane Service was well above standard I arrived at dealership mid morning to be greeted by Tyler who was prompt, friendly and efficient in booking my service. Not Happy I unfortunately had a poor experience. While our salesman was thorough, my same truck to the letter was $5,000.00 cheaper as advertised by the same d I unfortunately had a poor experience. While our salesman was thorough, my same truck to the letter was $5,000.00 cheaper as advertised by the same dealership a week later. I had paid for a spray liner and my tail gate did not close properly from that day forward. Instead of the dealership handling the matter directly by picking up my vehicle, they sent me to their outside installer to deal with the matter directly. While my truck was there, somehow it developed a scratch in the passenger door and the tailgate is still bent. Recently I had to take it to the dealership who did not fix the tail gate but merely adjusted it and it is still bent. My husband called the sales manager and the fleet manager and nothing has been done to date. We have taken our business elsewhere with our fleet because of the poor follow up. In closing when I buy a vehicle, the dealership should pick it up and deal with it especially with another party that hired to do the work and damage my vehicle. Why am I being sent all over the place to service damage? To this date all damages remain. Im sick of calling this dealership. They are always nice and always help full but do not follow through. Sales Manager- no follow up, Fleet Manager- chase, and chase and un returned phone calls, Salesman- sends me to go fix it myself and confront boxliner company to fix what should have never been damaged More

Windshield mixup and reimbursement I called Service on Monday July 17 to setup an app't for Friday July 21 and spoke to a lady on the phone (I believe Gabrielle) who nicely took my info I called Service on Monday July 17 to setup an app't for Friday July 21 and spoke to a lady on the phone (I believe Gabrielle) who nicely took my information and then asked if I wanted a 'logo'd sound sense windshield for $530 or a non logo'd sound sense one for approx. $100 less. I advised non logo'd. My wife took the truck in on the Friday July 21 and confirmed all service and windshield info with the Advisor (Adam) - non logo'd windshield. Picked up the truck late Friday and paid the bill which was $530 + gst and as we were in a hurry neglected to question the bill as we have always had nothing to question. However on the weekend there was something that don't sit right and then when I looked at the Invoice, remembered we had asked for the non-logo'd windshield however a logo'd windshield had been installed and we had paid for it. I called Service at 3:03 pm Monday July 24 and was told I needed to speak to my Advisor and I explained I had made arrangements with a person over the phone not my Advisor and there had been a mistake on the windshield. I was told abruptly that I needed to talk to my Advisor so they put me through to his phone (Adam) and I got his voicemail. I left a message explaining the mixup however I still have had no call back from Adam! This is the first problem situation we have had however I really expected a call within a day and I expect that there will be an adjustment and refund for the error. I await someone's call. The end result is that I have been reimbursed the difference between the Dealer cost and the original charge of the windshield installed by mistake. It is satisfactory. It seemed difficult for the Dealership to accept fault and reimburse the total difference between the right windshield and the one wrongly installed. I hope that further dealings are better and that this is a glitch rather than the norm. I will reserve further comments and judge the future as it happens. *never did get a call from Adam* More
