My online service appointment for May was later amended to June 3, 2024 @ 10:30 for The Works Package and I was informed it was not possible to address the recall to inspect front door reinforcement spot w to June 3, 2024 @ 10:30 for The Works Package and I was informed it was not possible to address the recall to inspect front door reinforcement spot welds. I understood the cost would be $90.00 and was told that because the Escape required synthetic oil the cost would be more, I was advised by Tyler he had tried to contact me 5 times and was unable to reach me by cell phone so he proceeded to use synthice oil, this was strange as I did receive a text @ 10:43 on my cell phone to advise me of a contact as we waited at the dealership. I was also advised one tire needed to be repaired and the cost for this was $34.95 and would take about 30 minutes. The total time we waited for the quick lane service was anything but and we drove away at 12:30 after paying a total of $201.41. More
