Great Service @ Quick Lane I had a scheduled appt for my F450 Dually at the Quick Lane for an oil change/inspection. Upon inspection, my truck ended up needing some other work, I had a scheduled appt for my F450 Dually at the Quick Lane for an oil change/inspection. Upon inspection, my truck ended up needing some other work, including a fuel filter replacement and 2 tire valve stem replacements. Service Advisor Jordan provided amazing customer service, keeping me informed and updated about the work going on. I sat in the waiting area for a good couple hours while I waited for the extra work to be done and it was hard not to notice how great Jordan is with every customer he encounters. I will definitely be returning for future Service :) More

Tire Fiasco continues I took my vehicle back for diagnosis and repair of an ongoing slow leak in one tire. This leak was supposedly repaired Feb 15 - still leaks. Returne I took my vehicle back for diagnosis and repair of an ongoing slow leak in one tire. This leak was supposedly repaired Feb 15 - still leaks. Returned twice early June - still leaks. Now it takes from 4 to 5 weeks for the pressure to drop enough for the TPMS to register. I took the vehicle back again last week for the same problem - SLOW LEAK PASSENGER SIDE REAR TIRE. The service advisor called to say that they had found a valve stem leak in the drivers side rear tire. Note: this is NOT the infamous "slow leak" tire. It doesn't really matter where they found the slow leak because they did not repair either tire. Still have the slow leak in the passenger side rear tire. This is becoming tedious. More
