To be honest, I didn't have much of a clue what the new vehicles were offering these days.. y I first met Kody online while researching a new vehicle. After just a couple emails back and forth, I spoke to Kody on the phone and he offered me to come into the dealership for a sit down to explain the different features in the trucks, and what Ford offers compared to the other guys. I really appreciated the fact he added that personal 'face to face' touch, rather than just being a voice on the other end. Now you may thinking, "oh he was just trying to get you in so he could make the sale."... WRONG! SO WRONG!! I could tell within minutes of meeting him that he wasn't there just to make the sale.. he truly wanted me to make the best decision for ME! Not once did I feel like I was being "sold" on something. His customer service & wealth of knowledge, mixed with his personable vibe is what will forever keep me coming back to Kody when buying a vehicle! Look...
