A few suggestions for improvement. Had a Quick Lane Total service done. When I got home I read invoice and inspection in detail. When I got home I looked at the price charged, I thought the advisor mentioned the Total service was $79.95. I checked on your web page and you do not provide the price. But the synthetic package coupon was $89.95, would have been nice if I was told about the special as I brought my own synthetic oil and could have saved money by taking advantage of the deal. My total bill came to $89.45 with a sub-total before GST of $85.19. That consists of labour at $61.99, parts (oil filter) at $14.42 and supplies at $8.78 (shop charges?, was not explained to me). Not sure why it does not add up to $79.95 or whatever the advertised price is, but I doubt that you would advertise it as $85.19. I think you can do better. Mike Zelensky More

We've been seeing Ed Wan since 1998 and have been very happy with his patience and knowledge of Ford trucks as our latest purchase last week is our 4th F150 truck. Ed spent a lot of time explaining everything we wanted to know about the latest buy and made sure we were happy with the model, color and options in the truck before we finalized the sale. At no time did we feel pressured to make a decision. The best experience was that Ed was still at Cam Clark after all these years, and made the long drive to see him even though there was a dealer within 10 min of us in Calgary. His assistant Critz was very helpful getting the various truck models for my wife and I to test drive, which helped us to decide on which one to purchase in the end.
