Most of the sales staff are good, Stephanie's sales service is exceptionally good. The service departmant is still hit and miss though. At least they actually took the tires off this time, last two services tires were not rotated even though it stated they were, this time I made a special request and at least the fronts were on the back. Pretty bad when you have to Mark your tires to make sure they do what they say they do. Also second time in a row I have had to call to find out status of vehicle and after dropping it off pre-open (and they knew that) after texting they had not even opened the envelope at 11. Also interesting that three services ago I had a ‘major leak’ in front end that needed immediate attention, I said no at the time then two services ago there was one in the rear end (which they already fixed once, rear diff , when I asked for follow up on that radio silence) and surprise no leaks this time. I feel like I am being scammed repeatedly, I could go on this has been 5 years of a gong show but thank goodness only one more service on my plan then I will never be back! More
