My positive experience began when they opened the service bay doors slightly early so I could drop off my car and catch the first customer shuttle. Every service rep I've spoken to has been helpful and responsive to my concerns. Repairs were completed at or below the estimated price. Once I was even advised I could save money by taking the car to a specialist because the dealership could only replace the part, not repair it! Although their lead times to get an appointment can be quite long (2 weeks), they were once able to fit me in for some urgent work. I suspect they're this busy because they're good. More

Fuji dos Santos was very helpful in setting us up to view the car we ended up purchasing. He was friendly and patient with all of the questions we had. Our only issue was with the finance department seemin the car we ended up purchasing. He was friendly and patient with all of the questions we had. Our only issue was with the finance department seeming to want to add on a charge every time we spoke. That became a little tiring. The "documentation fee" was the most aggravating. This fee is nonsense and only persistence will see it waived*. The * means it never was waived but the dealership did agree to reduce the purchase price by the amount ($388) More
