The Salesman, Brandon House, really listened to what we wanted in a vehicle. He did not push us into the first SantaFe that came close to what we were looking for. Once the deal was done he turned us over to the finance people that finalised everything in a very easy going professional matter. The service department has continued to look after our vehicle, and Brandon continues to stay in touch making sure we continue to be happy and satisfied with our purchase. Brandon is an excellent car salesman - I really enjoyed the whole experience. One really good thing is they have a wide selection of vehicles to choose from and as they own more than one dealership there the whole experience. My sales rep was Fuji. I appreciated his sales manner....he listened to me, did not interrupt while I was speaking, was not pushy, he explained all the components of the vehicle during the test dr manner....he listened to me, did not interrupt while I was speaking, was not pushy, he explained all the components of the vehicle during the test drive. After the test drive, he asked me how I liked the vehicle. I told him I liked it and made him an offer. My offered was countered. After another negotiating session, we shook on the deal. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Fuji made me aware that if I had any concerns with the vehicle to let him know. There were a few issues....power steering leak, a windshield wiper blade, and the trailer plug-in housing was missing. Everything was fixed to my satisfaction on a timely basis. Members of the service department were helpful. Lastly, I phoned Fuji after the sale and repairs were done, let him know I was happy with everything and that my low tire warning light comes on and he explained that the bitter cold weather was probably messing with the computer and that if the problem persisted, just bring it in. Overall, I would send a friend or colleague to Calgary Hyundai and ask for Fuji. More

Fuji did an excellent job of getting us in our new to us car. We did not get a second key but Fuji worked it out for us to get a second one at no cost which was really appreciated.
