Great customer service! When I first visited the Calgary Hyundai dealership my intentions weren't to buy a car, but I ended up leaving with one and amazing customer service. When I first visited the Calgary Hyundai dealership my intentions weren't to buy a car, but I ended up leaving with one and amazing customer service. The welcoming associates were there to help me find one right away. Fuji was always smiling and willing to help me find something that I liked. I am very picky with cars but the one he picked out for me was great. The service and communication from Fuji was great and I truly did feel like he wanted to get me a good car and not just because it's his job. The other associates were great too, the whole staff is. Refreshing Car Buying Experience We were shopping for a new SUV and as existing Hyundai owners started with this dealer in out search. We were promptly introduced to Damien who professionally explained and demonstrated the benefits and features and prices of available models. We experienced none of our previously experienced sales pressures such as "and will you be making a buying decision today?". Following less than inspiring visits to competitors Honda, Ford and VW we returned to this dealer and ultimately completed a deal. Damien was most accommodating, knowledgeable and expertly attended to numerous details involving the close of the transaction, installation of aftermarket products, programming of hands free cell phone, etc. Damien has also assisted us with a small repair subsequent to the purchase and we have great confidence he will be there to assist us in future if needed.
