Wonderful Purchase Experience! This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Calgary Hyundai (the first one was 10 years ago! How time flies!). Once I decided on what vehicle I wan This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Calgary Hyundai (the first one was 10 years ago! How time flies!). Once I decided on what vehicle I wanted, I emailed the dealership, and had a quick response from Lonnie Edison, who is in charge of the email inquiries for the dealership. Lonnie was extremely helpful, and was considerate of delays in coming in to see the car (Christmas holidays, and then a snow storm!). He didn't pressure me at all. When I was finally able to come in, the car (which was still available - yay!) was all warmed up and ready to go. The ensuing paperwork went smoothly; I was thanked by Tim Latreille, the Used Car Manager, and was then introduced to BK, the Business Manager. They were nothing but kind and friendly. The next day, I came to take delivery of the vehicle, and Lonnie did a very thorough delivery with me, making sure to explain how everything worked. He even took the time to set up my Bluetooth to sync my phone! The next day I came in because he had been able to get me some rubber mats, which was very much appreciated in this messy weather! All around, it was a great experience, and I would recommend Lonnie, and Calgary Hyundai to anyone who is interested in purchasing a great quality used vehicle, or a new Hyundai.
