While dealing with Lonnie over the course of about a week, I found him to be reliable, pleasant, patient, courteous, professional and helpful. My experience of trying to buy a vehicle was, from that point forward, enjoyable instead of stressful. When the vehicle was ready for pickup, Lonnie picked me up at home (deep south) and drove me to the dealership. The vehicle was fully detailed, had a full tank of gas, and Lonnie took the time to go over everything with me. If you're a skeptic, like I was, deal with Lonnie, and your faith in Dealerships and the whole car buying experience will be restored! :) More
