An easy and quick process I had been to the Calgary car show and settled on the model of car Santa Fe Sport, it was a case of checking out the dealerships near my home and offi I had been to the Calgary car show and settled on the model of car Santa Fe Sport, it was a case of checking out the dealerships near my home and office. I approached 3 with the same questions and started with service as they would be the main people I will see over the next 10 years. Calgary Hyundai stood out from the others. When it came to the buying due to the dealer invoicing it was pretty straight forward, as was the part exchange. Jaryd was very easy to talk to and explained the details well. Very happy with the entire process and hopefully a trouble free driving future ! Update : One thing occurred after purchasing the car, I discovered the Map software was not the latest. After some calls to the dealer and Hyundai Canada, their line is that the version that is shipped with the car is the latest at that time, and no update to a later release is given, unless you pay for it. If you want the Map updates, these cost $200 and are updated twice a year, so this is a detractor for me - you can not download these yourself, you need a replacement SD card. Keep this cost in mind if you travel lots to newly developed areas of cities which may not be in these maps. I am glad I did not get rid of my Garmin which has lifetime free map updates. More

Wonderful Experience! Highly Recommended I had always thought that purchasing a new vehicle would be a daunting experience, however Jaryd and BK have ultimately proven my thoughts to be wrong I had always thought that purchasing a new vehicle would be a daunting experience, however Jaryd and BK have ultimately proven my thoughts to be wrong. I was in the dealership with my brother who was in regarding his vehicle. While I was browsing the showroom looking around for what I would find comfortable for myself, Jaryd had approached me and answered any question that I had regarding the vehicles, her approach was quite nice and I had felt no pressure at all, which is why I had opened up to letting her know that I was looking to make a purchase, but wasn't exactly sure on which model I was going to get. After a few test drives, I was (and still am) sold on the Genesis Coupe, however after long discussion, my fiance and myself decided on something more practical for our family. After a few visits and long discussion, we decided that the Sonata was a very nice choice and Jaryd worked with us with all of our concerns that we would be looking at for a new vehicle. We took the Sonata for a test drive, and immediately fell in love with it. Friendly 100% of the way, it almost felt like we had been friends for ages, I don't trust everyone, but I knew I could trust what she was speaking to me about. It's already a week later, and I am still in love with the car, and I still talk to my friends and family about how friendly, honest and comfortable the experience was for us. Going through the financial aspect of it, BK was fantastic, friendly, professional and open to all questions that we had, and greatly aided us with which options to go about to keep the car within our budget. We're actually below our budget which surprised me, and have everything we wanted from the start, and didn't need to make any sacrifices to stay on budget. I know where I am going when we decide to replace our other vehicle, and I'm looking forward to the day that we do, because we know that we will be in good hands with the friendly staff at Calgary Hyundai. I had browsed around at a few other dealerships just to check them out, and was quickly reminded why I had chosen Fuji the first time around - his friendly, easy-going manner and you can just sense his integrity and how much he values his relationship with his clients. With other dealerships I got the sense their priority was the short term, trying to make the sale. With Fuji I know that he values the long-term relationship and is going to be straightforward, honest, and up front with me about everything. And again I noticed the positive environment you sense the minute you walk into Calgary Hyundai, everyone there is friendly regardless of whether you're there to specifically see them or someone else. Kim in finance was just great to deal with as well. See you next time! More

I found it online and sent an email inquiring about the car, and within minutes I had a reply b Lonnie was wonderful for helping me buy my first car. I found it online and sent an email inquiring about the car, and within minutes I had a reply both in an email and voicemail. He was friendly courteous and forthright. My first dealing with the finance section was less than stellar, but if I asked Lonnie about something, he always had an answer or was willing to do the legwork (sometimes literally since they're in a trailer) to get me some answers. He wasn't pushy or rude and only sent me a prompt when it took me about two weeks to come pick it up. I would definitely recommend Lonnie to anyone who wants fast, friendly, and quality service from Hyundai. More
