Awesome personal service I recently purchased a used Santa Fe. My sales rep was Lonnie Edison. The experience was amazing. I traditionally have a genuine mistrust of car sales I recently purchased a used Santa Fe. My sales rep was Lonnie Edison. The experience was amazing. I traditionally have a genuine mistrust of car salespeople, but Lonnie put me at ease from the very start. He did everything he could to ensure I was happy with all aspects of my vehicle purchase. He was available on short notice to discuss the vehicle and to even take me on a test drive when the dealership was scheduled close. He answered all my questions and if he didn't know the answer, he found it. He was with me every step of the process from test drive to final pickup. He was close when the financing portion was done with Kim. She was awesome, too. She made sure I paid the amount I could afford and made every effort to ensure that my new-to-me vehicle was going to be taken care of. There was no pressure in adding things that would increase the cost of the vehicle. After the financing portion was complete, Lonnie showed me around the dealership and introduced me to many of the individuals who would be assisting in keeping my vehicle running its best. I met the ladies in the service department to scheduled my first oil change and the Service Manager. I met the parts people. When I was ready to go with my new car, Lonnie had the service department address a squeaky back door before I left and its been quiet ever since. I love Hyundai and after two bad previous Hyundai dealership experiences (two dealerships), I feel I can truly be comfortable taking my car to Calgary Hyundai. Thank you, Lonnie and Kim. More

Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend! I bought my first car, a 2012 Toyota Yaris, from this dealership in August of 2014. These gentlemen were extremely polite--Josef *always* opened the door for me, every single time--personable, and professional. As a first time car buyer I was nervous about being "had," but I have only great things to say about my experience. I am completely satisfied with my car. It was in great shape when I bought it and it continues to perform like the day I bought it, after putting 20,000km on it in just over six months. We negotiated a price that I felt was very fair. All of my questions were answered. At no point in the process did I ever feel pressured. I have nothing but good things to say. I would highly recommend dealing with Jozef and Lonnie. An A+ experience. More

Excellant Sales Team WE recently purchased a preowned vehicle from Calgary Hyundai and we were very impressed with our salesman Jozef and the Manager Tim. They were both very informative and not pushy at all. They answered all of our questions and made us feel very relaxed. After we made our purchase we found a problem that was not discovered during the presell inspection. We took our concerns to Tim and he said no problem we will get that checked out and repair if necessary. True to his word our vehicle went into the shop and was checked out. Dealing with the service dept..is where things get a little sketchy. I think it is best if you are a little knowledgable about mechanics. First they said there was no problem but when my husband could show them exactly where the problem was they finally fixed it. Once again the sales team was excellent and Tim truly is a man of his word. Would shop here again. More

Take it from someone who's seen it all when it comes to customer service, not many people in Sales are genuinely there to help you out ( and not steal your money).
