Service department second to none Our family has owned 6 Hyundai's in the last 10 years. All, with the exception of my Genesis, were bought at Calgary Hyundai. And even though my last purchase wasn't at Calgary Hyundai I continue to go there for servicing of my vehicle - as does my wife. In my many years of owning vehicles it has been a rare occasion where I have felt confident in going to a service department. I trust them. They have never disappointed. From Robert Kadlec who manages the service team to his many advisors. I have had dealings with several on this team including Devin, Jackie and Jonathan - all who are professional. I have also noticed over the years that there has been little turnover which probably also says something about Robert's management style. I would also note that I live out of town and to get to Calgary Hyundai in NE Calgary I go by a couple of dealerships that are a lot closer to my home than Calgary Hyundai. But in the end, it's worth the trip! More

I traditionally have a genuine mistrust of car sales I recently purchased a used Santa Fe. My sales rep was Lonnie Edison. The experience was amazing. I traditionally have a genuine mistrust of car salespeople, but Lonnie put me at ease from the very start. He did everything he could to ensure I was happy with all aspects of my vehicle purchase. He was available on short notice to discuss the vehicle and to even take me on a test drive when the dealership was scheduled close. He answered all my questions and if he didn't know the answer, he found it. He was with me every step of the process from test drive to final pickup. He was close when the financing portion was done with Kim. She was awesome, too. She made sure I paid the amount I could afford and made every effort to ensure that my new-to-me vehicle was going to be taken care of. There was no pressure in adding things that would increase the cost of the vehicle. After the financing portion was complete, Lonnie showed me around the dealership and introduced me to many of the individuals who would be assisting in keeping my vehicle running its best. I met the ladies in the service department to scheduled my first oil change and the Service Manager. I met the parts people. When I was ready to go with my new car, Lonnie had the service department address a squeaky back door before I left and its been quiet ever since. I love Hyundai and after two bad previous Hyundai dealership experiences (two dealerships), I feel I can truly be comfortable taking my car to Calgary Hyundai. Thank you, Lonnie and Kim. More
