Great experience with Lonnie. I did not ask or get get any discount so I hope I could have free oil change for next few service. A lady called me yesterday to remind me of the re I did not ask or get get any discount so I hope I could have free oil change for next few service. A lady called me yesterday to remind me of the regular service schedule. I asked her if the oil change is free and she said it is not because I have purchased an extended warranty. The used car I bought has no user manual and I have to print more than 600 pages which I have not yet done this time. Too much to do. I have electronic copy of the manual in my laptop which I have downloaded but it is hard to always open the laptop to look for specific page. I am thinking of buying the manual from my own pocket. I went to Fish Creek Nissan dealership to duplicate the key charged to Calgary Hyundai because the used car has only one key (no duplicate) and I felt it should be the responsibility of the dealership to have the key duplicated and not letting the costumer use his own gas and time. Anyway I agreed to them when I was asked to go because I want a spare key. Also, I was told by the advisor that they have replaced one battery terminal because it is too rusty. This simple thing should be looked at Calgary Hyundai dealership before they sell the car. Lonnie is good guy to talk to only that I feel I need to write my actual experience. Thank you German More
