From the moment I sent foot on the Hyundai dealership to the moment I drove away in my new car; not once did I feel uncomfortable or feel I was being mislead or misdirect. Fuji and Kim were very direct in getting a fair deal with an exact vehicle I needed and worked smoothly together guiding me step-by-step through the process. We had already tried (unsuccessfully) dealing with a competitor Hyundai dealer. It was an unexpectedly good experience with this dealership. The people we dealt with were all unpretentious (unlike the majority of car sales people I've dealt with). I would highly recommend Ivan, who though very new at sales, was very personable, outgoing and willing to listen. When he couldn't answer a question about something to do with the car we test drove, he immediately went and found out. His manager, Mark, and Kim (Finance), were also very straight-forward and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I think we made a "good" (perhaps not the "best") deal so I gave it 4 stars. Overall we are very satisfied and would recommend this dealership.and the individuals we dealt with. More

In every dealership I went to I had a feeling that people were desperate to sell me something and get me to sign papers even before I looked at their inventory. On top of that THEY ALL LIE was so disappointed with our Calgary dealerships and wanted to give up and keep my old car. Decided to give it a last try and vent to Calgary Hyundai dealership on Barlow. First of all they had the cheapest price on the car I was looking for. Secondly, friendly staff,willing to go extra mile. So overall I'm really happy with their service. Thanks guys! More

Dan was wonderful in helping my Grandparents through the process of buying this vehicle and was very patient with them. Once the vehicle was delivered to me, he called to walk me through everything and has followed up to make sure I am satisfied with the vehicle, or had any questions.
