From the moment I sent foot on the Hyundai dealership to the moment I drove away in my new car; not once did I feel uncomfortable or feel I was being mislead or misdirect. Fuji and Kim were very direct in getting a fair deal with an exact vehicle I needed and worked smoothly together guiding me step-by-step through the process. We had already tried (unsuccessfully) dealing with a competitor Hyundai dealer. It was an unexpectedly good experience with this dealership. The people we dealt with were all unpretentious (unlike the majority of car sales people I've dealt with). I would highly recommend Ivan, who though very new at sales, was very personable, outgoing and willing to listen. When he couldn't answer a question about something to do with the car we test drove, he immediately went and found out. His manager, Mark, and Kim (Finance), were also very straight-forward and friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I think we made a "good" (perhaps not the "best") deal so I gave it 4 stars. Overall we are very satisfied and would recommend this dealership.and the individuals we dealt with. More

This review is for the purchase of my second brand new Santa Fe through Calgary Hyundai. I found Lonnie's approach, as my initial contact, to be easy going and unpressured. He was able to take me through the steps of purchase, without the normal pressure of the sale! Lonnie was very professional and quickly understood my needs. He is to be commended for his excellent approach. I also dealt with Mark through the negotiation stages and appreciated his honesty. BK's personality shone through in his light hearted approach to finalising the paperwork, and finally Kim's helpfulness, during the final stages, was a pleasure.
