We were looking for a particular color so we had to wait for couple of weeks before Josef found the vehicle of our choice and took us on a test drive. He spent extra time in the parking lot, explaining all features , gadgets and performance related details of vehicle. He was very informative and answered all our questions with great patience. No pressure selling tactics shown during the entire process. Fuji also accompanied us on a test drive and was equally professional and knowledgeable. BK in finance was quick and friendly, got all the paper work ready in time. There was a slight confusion on payment terms but Blair helped resolve it to our satisfaction. Over all the experience of buying a used vehicle was awesome and surprisingly stress-free. Will strongly recommend Calgary Hyundai and refer my friends to Josef in future. The pleasant car purchase experience I usually dread car purchases. I find them very stressful. This time however it was my first "pleasant" car purchase experience. I know they have lots of customers but Jozef and Kim treat you like you were their only one. Jozef is very professional, thorough, knowledgable and very detailed in explaining everything about the car (obviously he is a very patient man). He offers his services even after the final sale in case you have more questions and need help with the new gadgets. Kim also has a very pleasant personality and handled the final sale without pressure. She didn't try to talk you into buying extras (i.e. warranty) to bring your purchase price up higher like I experienced in the past. She explained everything and left it up to you. Lonnie was always quick to reply to any questions I sent him via email. When I took possession of the car, I asked that Calgary Hyundai website address be removed from the rear window and Lonnie grabbed a spray bottle and cloth and removed it himself. He went above and beyond to make me a very happy customer. I also dealt with BK Khusro in the Finance Department and he was also very nice to work with. More
