W I would like to tell you about my great experience with my "new to me" car purchase. I spoke with Brady Bateman a few days before I went to the lot. When I came for my appointment Mr. Bateman had two cars out waiting for me. From listening to my dislikes of my last car and what I was looking for with my new car he took the initiative to have two cars he thought might suit my needs. After a few minutes in his office filling out paperwork we were off for a test drive. Mr. Bateman was very patient and informative and always had a smile on his face. I let him know that I needed a couple of days to make up my mind regarding the purchase and he was fine with that, never pushy. After two days I had made up my mind and when I came to the lot, he had a sold sticker on my car with it all cleaned up, gased up and ready for me. He walked me to the financial office and waited for me to come out to hand me my new keys and switch my plate out for me. Mr. Bateman made my entire experience pleasant. I have passed the word around to the office I work in for my coworkers and friends to visit Brady if they are looking for a vehicle. Thanks Brady for the great customer service More

It was great working with Lonnie Edison. While circumstances were such that I purchased a vehicle elsewhere, I much rather would have preferred Lonnie Edison to have looked after me. Right from our initial meeting he was warm and genuinely friendly; he asked perceptive questions to best ascertain my automotive requirements, and did his damnedest to fulfill them, even to the point of possibly retrofitting an existing vehicle so as to come closer to what I was looking for. Over the next couple of days he stayed in touch and offered me advice without being intrusive nor a nuisance; he maintained his professionalism constantly. Because he was such a gentleman throughout, I felt I had to let Lonnie know what my final decision was, and no surprise, he remained a gentleman and in his customary warm, friendly and sincere manner wrote "Once again Neil, it has been my pleasure working with you, I would like to congratulate you on your purchase and sincerely wish all of the best to yourself and your lady in your future endeavours." So despite the outcome, I have no hesitation in recommending Lonnie as the consummate salesperson, and I would hope that we could work together in the future. More
