At no time did he try to sell me something I didn't want or push a sale that wasn't right for me. When I went to pick up my vehicle Jozef had already made sure everything that was discussed was completed and then some. The car had a full tank of gas, fresh oil and was flawlessly detailed. Thomas and Blair are very up front about what they can and can't do. They are fair and easy to deal with. Kim was also great. She was very friendly and made all of the paperwork quick and easy. More

Mr. Bellal was very approachable, charismatic, and knowledgeable about the product he was selling. I would enjoy writing a paragraph or two about Mr. Bellal's customer service, but in summary I would like to say that he was very respectful throughout the interaction, provided exceptional information about the vehicles, offered personal insights to the questions asked, and went above and beyond in customer service in order to ensure a successful sale with the utmost customer satisfaction. 10/10 would recommend. We will be back! In mid-September 2015, my wife and I went shopping for a second vehicle for her to drive. We decided not to go with the standard North American models. We found ourselves at Calgary Hyundai. That’s when we met Dan Fletcher. At first, I told Dan we were looking for a dealership and a sales person who would listen to what we were asking for and treat us with respect. Dan understood. After meeting Dan, we went to three other dealerships in Calgary. We returned to Calgary Hyundai and Dan Fletcher, knowing they were the right place for us to buy another vehicle. We called Dan about a week later and he made an appointment to meet us again. We had done our research and he was impressed when we walked in with a binder full of information on the type of vehicle we were looking for. My wife told him what our price range was. Dan worked with us to make sure our wishes and concerns were met. Over the next week Dan and my wife found her next vehicle. It was a pre-owned 2012 Santa Fe. I was totally impressed in the way that Dan dealt with my wife. He was a complete professional. A deal for the Santa Fe was made. Dan introduced us to the Candace Fediuk, the Financial Manager, and was involved throughout the entire process as new questions came up. Candace Fediuk was a pleasure to deal with – helping us stay on budget and answer all our financing questions. Dan made sure all our concerns with the vehicle were looked after for my wife. After taking possession, Dan spent time with her going over all the fancy options and answering all her questions – that totally impressed me. We are happy we chose Dan as our sales person.
