Shadiest dealership we have ever dealt with. Told us what our interest rate would be, but after we signed the papers, we realized that they not only increased the interest rate, but also increased the l what our interest rate would be, but after we signed the papers, we realized that they not only increased the interest rate, but also increased the length of the financing. When we called to inquire why, they said they'd call back, but two months later, we still have not heard from them. Would 100% not recommend buying a vehicle here. More
Was looking to buy new car this past Summer, dealt with a very friendly and straight forward sales agent who sadly is no longer there. Had a test drive of three different models that my wife and I were looking at, given tour of all the trim and colour options and finally settled on a car that we were really happy with and made a deposit. From this point on things went south fast: our sales agent left dealership and Sunny took over; called me a tried to offer me a different vehicle than the one we ordered and became angry and insulting when I said we would wait for the car we ordered. He ended up hanging up on me after I politely told him a third time we would wait for the car we ordered and that was apparently being manufactured. Months later still no car, Sunny still rude and insulting as ever as he keeps trying to push a different vehicle than the one we ordered, and absolutely no word from him on the car we made a deposit. Avoid the place, and particularly Sunny - dishonest, insulting, rude, and zero care about what the customer wants. More
My Car (2011 Hyundai Sonata) was at center Thursday morning 11am for Recall and I did ask to do wheel alignment, So I dropped my car and received call in morning that must need to replace RH front lowe morning 11am for Recall and I did ask to do wheel alignment, So I dropped my car and received call in morning that must need to replace RH front lower joint and LH outer tie rod end and I was told this repair is must if want a go for alignment, So about $650 spent to get it done. My son picked up the car and told me that, Car still going little bit on right and I rad the report when i reached home that RH front wheel alignment still need attention. I also know, my tires are not in good shape and I will replace them soon. So, I was little upset that I spent $650 to get the alignment right but still is not done 100%. I had couple of questions with my service, So I called twice to Devan (Service Manager for my car) yesterday and left message but did not receive any reply and this morning when I put my concern to your department in review of service, I received his missed call regarding about my poor service customer review not returning my call about yesterday but unfortunately I was in a meeting could not pick up call. I returned his call this afternoon around 1545hrs and still haven't my call return. I am surprised about the customer service at your center that don't have time to return call for the customer is about two days now. Anyway my questions was, they should had to call me before get it go that alignment not completed and might be a reason to replace tires or something else. I already spent money on it to do alignment and if I change tires then looks like have to spend money again for alignment, if I informed it all this before then I would go to change tires and other repair before go for alignment. Anyway, I wished to talk with your service manager on this but he was really busy and don't had time to deal with the customers, So I put all my details here as could not get a chance to talk about my concern and have no wish to go back again and have no wish to talk as well. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had, I brought my car to be fixed, paid 600 for it not to be fixed. I took my car immediately back Calgary Hyundai they gave me a loner to use, 2 weeks late brought my car to be fixed, paid 600 for it not to be fixed. I took my car immediately back Calgary Hyundai they gave me a loner to use, 2 weeks later I had to contact them because no one contacted me. Finally after numerous conversations they said my car now needed $5000 worth of work. They then put me through to sales had me test drive cars, I picked a car & agreed upon a certain interest rate & then put a deposit down. I clarified that the deposit would be refunded if not approved at that interest rate, the floor manager said yes. It’s been 2 weeks since I put the deposit down and still no car, actually they have had my car since the July 12th. I finally had enough of how I was treated so I took the car back and asked for my deposit back & now they refuse to give me my $500 deposit back and said it’s used as a cost of loaner. They tried to get me to commit to a loan with an interest rate of 15.99% when we agreed upon 2.99%. More
