They even spent time looking for the color car i wanted but i ended up taking the one originally recommended by Rebekah as it was best for by my needs for a car. Rebekah was great answered all my questions and if she couldn't answer ,she found me the answers I was looking for . Rebekah typically does new car sales but I think she was spot on for this sale . Kim was amazing and she made it a simple application and transition into the financing of my new to me vehicle .The staff were friendly , personable and fun to deal with . I felt like i was coming home each time i visited the staff . Thanks for the wonderful experience ! More

Outstanding experience!!! Daniel Fletcher is outstanding sales associate. I said what my expectations are, Blair checked his papers and we shaked hands. No stupid sales tricks whatsoever. Professional and respectful business. It seems like I was dealing with a family. All process in finance department with Candace walked thru in ease within next 3 mins.No hassle, no pushy, quite homy experience in buying a new 2016 Tucson Ultimate. Honestly, I haven't expected that from a small dealership! They can easy beat up any largest Hyundai dealers in the province, so why would you waste your time with tricky guys like Country Hills/West Edmonton or similar, just do your home work before and go to Calgary Hyuindai then. Hope their service/parts departments are the same as sales, because they got a new client. More clients, happy clients, more money to business...Just to let you know. Fuji also told me about rules of the road in Alberta that are different from BC and warned me about the longer school zone times. Typically, we have been Honda and Toyota people, but we were advised to take a look at the Hyundai dealership, so we gave it a shot. We ended up having a wonderful experience. Jaryd allowed time for both of us to test drive several vehicles, always asking us both about our preferences. She cared to find us the perfect fit. She was patient, as we did return 2 or 3 times, weighing our options. In the end, we chose a different make, but the Sante Fe had been in the running as our second choice. Since we made our purchase, we have been unimpressed with the service at our current dealership and often reminisce about the group at Hyundai. Thank you for respecting us as individuals and for being patient and honest. More

Above and beyond I was looking for the car of my dreams or a least what I thought was the car of my dreams instead I left with something even better a 5 door Accent ha I was looking for the car of my dreams or a least what I thought was the car of my dreams instead I left with something even better a 5 door Accent hatchback which was exactly what I needed.
