Dan treated me as an individual who wanted to buy a vehicle not just a walking sale. Another appreciated point to state is Dan excelled at being able to reach for contact even with another customer he sent me a quick text that he received my call and when free he would call me right away. After I completed the purchase he took the time to help me set-up my bluetooth which as a driver who never had new features it was much appreciated. Josh Rogers was also a breathtaking interaction. Upon entering the Calgary Hyundai my family and I told him what we were looking for and kindly made sure that Dan Fletcher was assigned to help us find a new car. As far as negotiations, I'll admit I was nervous but after Josh and I were finished negotiating it truly felt as though we were making a deal with no arm twisting, no unhappy feelings. Archna was quick to greet me and approached me with the respect I was seeking. Asides from the service it turned out I really liked the 2016 Sante Sport Limited and decided to move forward with it. There was a few minor hiccups but Calgary Hyundai made it right and it didn't go unnoticed. In addition to Archna, Kim (finance) and Scott were very accommodating. Overall very happy - thank you. Fuji did ensure any repairs were made which made my overall purchase satisfactory. I was also not informed that the vehicle would need an extra accessory in order to play my iPod, which I had to research myself and will have to buy myself. But overall, I'm very happy with my vehicle purchase and the service from Fuji. More
